So really quick, for those that don’t know I love books! And on occasion I’ll be recommending some books for you guys to check out and don’t hesitate to send me some really good recommendations as well. I’m into ALL genres but especially non-fiction.

This month I’ll be posting my summary on a great book and I recommend you check it out.

The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg

So without further ado (and minimal editing because I wrote the summary off what I actually remember about the book) check out the summary below. 👇🏾
